FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

Pam Morgan serves as the Front Office Receptionist for Draggoo Financial Group, where she is often the first point of contact for clients and visitors. With a warm, welcoming presence and a strong commitment to service, Pam helps create a positive and professional experience for everyone who walks through the door or contacts the office.

Born and raised in Wenatchee, Washington, Pam is a graduate of Wenatchee High School and has deep roots in the local community. Her familiarity with the area and its people allows her to connect easily with clients and provide attentive, personable support.

Pam brings a diverse professional background to her role, including more than a decade as the owner and operator of Apple Valley Gymnastics, where she managed daily operations, client relationships, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities. Most recently, she worked with Countryside Veterinary Large Animal Clinic, supporting administrative and client service needs until the clinic’s closure in September 2025. These experiences have strengthened her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to support both clients and team members in a fast-paced environment.

In her role as Front Office Receptionist, Pam supports the office by managing incoming calls, greeting clients, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring the front office operates smoothly and efficiently. She takes pride in providing friendly, dependable service and helping maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Draggoo Financial Group’s commitment to professionalism and care.

Outside of the office, Pam enjoys spending time with her family and embracing an active lifestyle. She and her husband married in 1985 and raised two daughters, Hailey and Olivia, and their niece, Christiana. Now empty nesters, they enjoy gardening, attempting to play golf, and spending time together. Pam also has a passion for horseback riding and began competing in equestrian events later in life, an experience that reflects her willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
